Strata Annual Care
Gutters spring and fall, roof moss once a year, windows twice a year, walkways and parkade entrances washed. Booked a year ahead, billed quarterly.
Builder Handover
Driveways, siding dust, windows, stucco and paint splatter. An interior clean can be added through our sister company Cleany.
Storefront and Retail
Glass monthly, entrances and sidewalks quarterly.
Restaurants and Franchise Premises
Patios, drive-thru lanes, sidewalks and parking lots, outside opening hours.
Before the first job
You get everything your council, insurer or general contractor needs before we start:
- A certificate of insurance naming your strata or company
- A WCB clearance letter
- Before-and-after photos of a similar job
What we don't do
High-rise work: rope access, swing stage, or anything above 30 ft. Windows are cleaned up to 30 ft with a water-fed pole.

Do you work with strata councils?
Yes. We quote to the property manager, attend a site walk, and send the insurance certificate and WCB clearance before work starts.
Can you work on a fixed annual schedule?
Yes. Strata Annual Care is booked a year ahead and billed quarterly.
Do you clean new construction at handover?
Yes, and the interior clean can be added through Cleany.
Are you insured and WCB covered?
Yes, and we send the documents before the first job.
